Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Remote – Office opening near Downtown Miami by end of year

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Flexible schedule available)

Compensation: $100,000 – $300,000+ per year (Commission-Based)

Job Overview

Bayside Business Advisors is a new, fast-growing financial services company that provides working capital solutions to businesses of all sizes—from startups to SMBs to established enterprises. We are in a phase of accelerated growth, and we’re seeking motivated, entrepreneurial-minded sales professionals who want to help build something from the ground up.

This role is currently remote, with the goal of transitioning to an in-office position in Downtown Miami before the end of the year. Candidates must be available to work onsite once the office is established.

As a Sales Representative, you’ll connect with business owners, educate them on our financial solutions, and close deals. Phone sales experience is highly preferred, though not required. If you’re hungry, coachable, and ready to learn, we’ll train you to succeed in this high-income role.

Key Responsibilities

-Reach out to prospects via phone, SMS, and email to introduce funding solutions.

-Communicate the benefits of our lending products to business owners.

-Manage and track a sales pipeline using CRM tools.

-Follow up diligently to close deals and maintain client relationships.

-Assist in preparing funding applications and ensuring documentation is accurate.

-Set and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance goals.

-Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions.

-Stay committed to personal growth and development in the business finance space.

Required Qualifications

-No prior lending experience required – we will train you.

-Previous phone sales, call center, or commission-based sales experience is a strong plus.

-Clear, persuasive communication skills.

-Strong follow-up discipline and time management.

-Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to learn.

-Highly self-motivated, competitive, and focused on results.

-Comfortable working in a fully remote environment until office transition.

Physical Requirements

-Ability to sit and work on a computer and phone for extended periods.

-Must be able to operate effectively in a fast-paced remote setup.

-Flexibility to transition to an in-office work environment later this year.

-May be required to attend company events or training sessions in person.
